Some days I am lucky enough to spot a jackal during the day.Yesterday was such a day.Not so much luck for the jackal though.I think this is the one that eat my ostrich chicks, as I found him near the nest.

Thanks, Jan the pelts are very nice, but unfortunately my 7mm rem mag zipped him open pretty bad.So I decided not to keep it.

i don't think he will be eating  chicks anymore they are more of a pest than anything.another bit's the dust..

Thanks guys, you will not believe the damage these jackals can do.I already lost 10 young buck, now looks like two ostriches chicks as well.
