My two fave 'carry knives' (not that we're supposed to in the nanny states of europe :(
The top one is a Lag-chasse...hand made by a Laguiole craftsman (R.David) for La Chasse. My only contribution is a bit of engraved leafwork on the grips
The bottom one is a shape much liked round here...Moorish influence. It came from a gorgeous little shop near Granada cathedral...a 'cuchilleria' (shop that sells just knives and swords ). Y'all would drool over their stock. I know I did
