Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

This is one of two old pocket knives that I bought for $8.00 at an antique store. It was badly beat up and was missing one blade, but the one blade it still had was in pretty fair shape. The scales looked like they were made of ebony, and one was cracked. I replaced the missing blade and replaced the scales with acrylic imitation malachite with bands of imitation mother-of-pearl next to each bolster. I hand sculpted a small sailboat out of nickel silver sheet with my Dremel tool and pinned/glued it to one scale with 2 nickel silver pins. (It doesn't show up very well in this photo.)
