K&T are very selective in what they offer  i can really recommand  these cutters john ! ( 25 years warranty )

nice idea michael !!. i must say i dont collect them myself but some people do i guess ?

Nice Kees, that big one has a mezmorizing pattern . Maybe there should be a kitchen knife group, if there isnt already I bet there are some nice kitchen knives in our group.

They look good Kees , I have been looking at K+T's Eden line myself lately and have wondered if it was good . 

Certainly looks to be !  I should really buy some better kitchen knives .

often my friends ask ( because they know about my knife-virus and because i am the chef in our home)  what knives i use in the kitchen

well...  these are my mates ...  a santuko and a peeler  from the classic damast series from eden ( homebrand of K&T)

although they are not really part of my collection i think they deserve a place with the other pictures... not only because these are the knives i use the most but also because they are nice to look at
