I absolutely agree that he has outdone himself on this one, unique and beautiful

This is a definite downunder pocketknife reworking!!! The original knife is a walnut handled Case 11031SH whaler made in the 70's which has been modified by Australian craftsman Dirk Oupa Potgieter. The blade has been heavily stippled, the handmade bail has been added, the end bolsters have been added and made from  Aussie 20 cent coins and it has been rehandled-very beautifully- in old Aussie copper pennies. I really think Dirk outdid himself on this one- and I have half a dozen of his modified gems!!
