Just picked this one up. It is an old vintage Robeson Shuredge. There are only 5 numbers that I can barely make out on the rear tang which are either 62266 or 82266. I believe the old Robesons had 6 or 7 numbers in their patterns. Otherwise very nice knife.

Robeson's #'ing sys .. first figure = handle matl, 6=bone .. 2cnd figure = # of blades, 2 .. 3rd figure indicates matl in liner/bolster, 2 (or 6) indicates brass liner, nickel silver bolster .. followin char indicate ptn ... Std Knife Collector's Guide, Richie & Stewart
