wow!  i really like that robeson!fine job on the stag jigging! I noticed the new gec {tidiotue} is more like the robeson now...both are sweeet!!!

Yep, that's a fine lookin specimen, most awesome!
Yeah when I was a youngin Murphy's had little saw cut Delrin Barlows that all the guys got or we'd pick what we called banana knives or a Mellon tester or fruit knife. They were long and skinny. The barlows were the best though.

Max, the Robeson Barlow is one of my favorite knives. The torched bone stag is beautiful and I prefer its longer size compared to the GEC Northfield. The Barlow pattern was my first experience with a knife as a young lad. It seemed liked all the boys in my neighborhood carried a Barlow knife. Of course our Barlow's back then were usually purchased at the local 5 & Dime store. Woolworth's comes to mind.

Max - It is! It's Torched Bone Stag on the Robeson. The Northfield is Genuine Stag.
