This is just about the most interesting blade I have ever seen.  It oozes class.

The knife is forged from a horseshoers rasp, which has a very course texture. When the forger(Nick Rossi) shapes the blade on the anvil, he leaves a portion of the blade, with the texture on, so you can plainly see that it was forged from a rasp. Then he works the rest of the blade to a smooth finish. Hope this explains the procedure to you. Have a good day....                         Warren - "Lone Wolf".

Nice, its that blade pattern having a name?.....it looks like fish scale, or dragon skin ....just curious!
