Case xx BG63055 Wharncliff Whittler Bone Stag Handles XX Blade Stamp & Packaging,Papers

Awesome 1994 Case Bros, Tested XX BG63055 Wharncliffe Whittler stamped "XX" on the main blade. It measures 3-5/8" closed and has perfect walk & talk and (3) full, untouched brilliant blades. It has brilliant nickel silver bolsters and it has the ever famous "Case Brothers" tang stamps. It has what is designated as "Bright Green Bone Stag Handles" but in my humble opinion they look like an "Antique Green". They have very subtle changes in the green that almost look like either a very translucent gray and/or light tannish brown. I don't know for sure if this packaging is numbered correctly? If you look at the Model Number written on the end it appears as if someone might had added the "B" at a later date, just my opinion of course but they are very unique looking and feeling at the very least. Another thing that's been wondering around in my head is the main blade and I'll tell you why, if you look at newer case knives that have the "Seahorse Whittler" Designation they appear to be the exact looking and type of blade. #2. Is the "XX" what does that signify? In my past experience with some case knives from this era they were or I should Say it appears that they may have been issued in several different types or different looking packages, how can a person know if they've got the correct packaging? With all that being said we are right back at the beginning where I stated the handles look very much like that of an Antique nature. At any rate and in conclusion it's a super neat piece of cutlery and it's a "Case" Need I say anymore?
