Wenger Ranger Century model with partially serrated liner locking blade. This knife is somewhat unusual due to its having red scales. You think red scales on a Swiss Army knife is common but for the Wenger Ranger 120mm series of knives usually the scales come in black , grey or camouflage.

The Wenger Ranger series of knives have large main blades. This one has a blade length of  100mm or just under 4 inches with a cutting edge length of  90cm or about 3 and 1/2 inches. Another unusual feature of this knife is the liner lock mechanism. Most liner lock knives have the locking portion exposed so you can manipulate it with your thumb or finger to unlock it. This model has a sliding switch on the back side of the knife and when you slide it it moves a metal ramp that is matched up with another ramp on the liner lock plate.
