- I have always carried a pocket knife. I got my first one from my Uncle back in 1964. He was career Navy. It was all stainless and said U.S.N. on the handle.
I just got my first Old timer a month ago on Ebay, and it is the best knife I have ever owned. I have since bought several others including an Uncle Henry. I am now very interested in the history of Schrade knives.
