Well today is a new year and time to enjoy some good foods...

This is what I chose to have for our new year supper.....

Are there any favorites from the other members.....Years ago it was corn beef and cabbage....

or the tale of have money in your pocket so you can be well off all year......

Corned beef and cabbage was a family tradition....i liked the fried cabbage but yucky phewy for the beef....lol

A truly southern tradition here.  Greens for money, black eyed peas for luck.  Through in some country ham and cornbread for good measure LOL
