Nice looking knife! I'd be tempted to call those scales, "Jigged Licorice Bone." That's what I'd call 'em if that were my knife, anyway.

But, with those deep furrowed grooves, they almost look like Licorice Winterbottom Bone?

And, I hope you know that I'm just make these names up? But they do seem apropos, nonetheless.
