Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I've ordered three knives this month. The first being the Cold Steel Pocket Bushman on May 11th, which I love. A couple problems I have with it is it tarnishes fairly easily and it comes pretty stiff and I don't have any torx bits to fix that, which is my own fault but I'll fix that soon. The second being the Byrd Cara Cara G-10 Plain Edge on May 19th, which I am looking forward to getting a lot. At the moment it is on backorder and the place I almost always order from, thebladeshop.com, did not even tell me or advertise that it was backordered. This happened to me last year too when I ordered my Buck Sandman. But I'm definitely looking forward to owning it because I've heard GREAT things about it for being a cheap knife made by Spyderco. Lastly, yesterday I had to urge to buy a unique knife, one that probably isn't legal in California as well. The Smith & Wesson Powerglide Black Plain Edge Spear Point. I've heard it's big and heavy but anything that has size and weight has substance, that is just my view, I don't like things to be too light, most of my knives weigh well over 4 ounces. Hopefully I like it, I think I will. At the moment I'm trying to decide my next few knives. I've got a couple in line, 1. Cold Steel Recon 1, 2. Gerber Mini Covert, 3. Spyderco Tenacious, 4. Cold Steel Ti-Lite Zytel, 5. Smith & Wesson Cuttin' Horse Hawkbill Karambit, 6. Boker Magnum Large Top Lock Aluminum with Switchblade Conversion kit, and a couple others. Since I recently got a promotion I should be bringing in some more money to buy some quality budget knives. Actually before I buy any of those I am definitely going to buy the Mantis MK3 Karambit, that thing is wicked and I must have it. If any of you read this I would appreciate some suggestions or recommendations based on my price range, which is basically anywhere from a $10 - $100 but who has a quality knife for 10 bucks? I also really want a Kabar Fighting Knife and the Kabar KBD1 AND the Gerber LMF II. I plan on taking some outdoors trips this summer/winter and I want to have a bunch of gear, mostly knives haha. But yeah feel free to give me suggestions. I'll probably be posting these everytime I get a new knife.

yeah thank you so much! My brother just ordered a 551 Griptilian from The Blade Shop like 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up because it was backordered for awhile, when he gets it I'll have to get a feel for it. Yeah I really want the Endura 4 as well.

Congrats on the knives, but quality cost, so do not expect to much from the 10 -30 $ knives.
You said you like heavy knives, the more metal the more cost. I guess what i am saying is buy the best your budget can handle, but quality knives last a life time. Good luck on the hunt.
