Welcome to the "unique open/lock" group. Your slide show is great. With a collection so eclectic I can see how you might be attracted to some of the strange designs I love.
It looks like a knife that rests at display quite much, so a light buffing on those small scratches should make those bolsters or any other stainless or polished part look like new again. A buffing wheel would probably be overkill for the state it is in, very shallow scratches.
I have to admit I am very fond of the handle design and wrapping, but the blade itself might perhaps loose out to a pure dagger design when it comes to sheer performance. Still a very interesting one, is it a genuine Hibben or made by someone else?
