Chris,

I just posted the price quotes from GEC for the custom black buffalo horn #36 Sunfish. I just need you to reconfirm that you still want one, or more, now that we have a firm price quote.

You can check out all the latest info I posted on the GEC Group page and let me know there.

Thanks!

Chris, Thanks for the comment but I do not believe this knife is authentic. It is in mint condition and the workmanship is very proffessional.  I surley wish it was legit. I have a significant collection of Case knives (none with blade stamping this old) and all of the research I have done I have not seen this specific pattern style in the Case lineup. If I can remember I will consult Jim Sargents opinion at our knife club show in August.

Awesome collection, Chris. I have one Benchmade Pika and 1 Spyderco Tanacious. Absolutely great knives. I am going to be buying more of them. I also like SOG KNIVES. I do have a Cold Steel Voyager that is awesome. Thanks for the invite for the friend. I really like your collection of tacticals.

Hey Chris!! THANKS FOR THE INVITE!
Wow, that Gold Class Benchmade is tooo rich for my blood, I haven't gotten to that serious collection stage yet. I must admit, the collection of knives is very addictive and expensive and with all the holiday sales I know my credit card will take a hit.

Hey Chris thanks for joining my group Outdoor Living! I saw that you have the Ontario Gen II SP47. I have been thinking about getting one. Have you had a chance to test it out at all?

Hi Chris. Your reviews have received some well deserved notice and we were wondering if you would be interested in a review group. We have an iKC forum discussion here and we welcome your thoughts.

Hi Chris, thanks for the invite, this online community stuff is kinda hard for me to keep up with so don't be surprised if I respond slowly to things here.
Take care, JD

Hey Chris,

Coupon code "facebook" on Botach is good for 15% off until 1-24-09. Hope you didn't order that 0301 yet.

Hey Chris,

Since you are enjoying the wonderful world of Zero Tolerance Knives, here's the place with the best prices that I have found...

http://www.botachdefense.com/SearchResults.asp?mfg=Kershaw

They're a great source for all things tactical. The problem is that their communication leaves much to be desired. Hope this helps.

Happy New Year!

You know it's kinda funny. I 've had Ontario knives in the kitchen drawer for years. Never once did I have any issues with them either. Maybe a bit of rust here and there , otherwise good to go. Looking at a Goverment issue machete by Ontario. In the process of making a Kukri for clearing brush etc. where I deer hunt, but think it'd be kinda nice to have a decent machete instead. Not too expensive , rugged and easy to sharpen . Has the sawback on top edge to remove smaller diameter stuff too. Watched a great vid on Youtube where the guy made a decent/inexpensive kit on outside of sheath {wildernessoutfitters}.

Have a great Thanksgiving!
