Need help with an H. Boker pocket knife

Hello everyone, I need help. I have this knife by H. Boker with the numbers 177 written on it. I would just love to know when it was made and probably any kind of info I can get on it. Any help would be appreciated.... Thanks

Heya Joe...a few tips on identifying knives. Take some close up pics of the tang stamp and any other stamps on the blade. Makers marks, logos, production numbers...all that stuff can be instrumental in helping folks figure out your knife. Pics of both sides of the knife can be handy too. A few more specific shots may speed up the process. Welcome to iKC!

Joe-Welcome to IKC !! Your whittler is a part of a Boker Double Tree limited Edition series that came out I believe around 2006-2008. The tang stamp that reads H. Boker & Co.'s Improved Cutlery was originally used circa 1869-1914. This knife commemorated that old tang stamp. Your mother of pearl whittler was limited to 200 pieces. Your 177 on the blade etch indicates yours is #177 of the 200 made. This knife is selling for around $250 to $350 these days.Most sell in the lower side of that price range. The fluted bolsters, MOP,old style tang stamp, and the serial # blade etch make it a very collectible knife .BTW, these were made in Solingen,Germany, just like the originals were.
