I found this one just swimming around waiting to be caught!!  2006 red bone with Chexx pattern etching.  From what I understand, it was a seasonal offering in 2005-2006.

Nice one Dennis! I like that series. I have a couple of other patterns in those handles.

I like this one Craig ... I just thought it would be a little more rust colored than red (from what the posted pics depicted!).  Sometimes it is just a gamble if you are not familiar with pics taken by someone you don't know.

Anyway ...... the Diamond back arrived yesterday.  Here is mine with the scrolled bolsters.  Still getting used to the top side and belly side etching!!!  I wonder if Case has ever done this before, or if it is first to the Diamondback.

Looks good Dennis!

The Chexx knives can vary like most/all bone handled knives with how they take the stain. The two knives I have are a bit more subdued.....one more so than the other.

Been wanting one of these for a long time! Just in..............

Chestnut Pine Cone Bone - 2009

Nice!  Well worth the wait!

Thanks Dennis!

Just in ... 2004 honey brown jigged bone.

Have one more order, but it is on back order.  I was "on the fence" about it (if that is enough of a hint) ... but decided I wanted to add it to the collection (which is growing and now numbers 32).

Very nice Dennis!

You pre-ordered a Fence Row huh? I have two on pre-order from that new series.

Ding, ding, ding!  Winner, winner, chicken dinner!  Yup, ordered one as soon as I saw them.  Hoping it looks as good as the pics.

I have high hopes. Even the "scans" look a whole lot better than the Pilot Test Run knife looked.....in my opinion. The Pilot Test Run knife was red and something didn't look right. A couple of Case Forum guys joked that it looked like BBQ grill marks. LOL!

You know what I'd like to see is a natural barnwood colored Seahorse with a pocketworn finish, with the "as ground" blades.
