Hallo, Janani!  Wie geht's?

I'm setting myself up here since I don't remember much of the German I studied in college.  Entschuldigung, aber ich werde nicht so gut verstehen, sollten Sie respondieren auf Deutsch.  (Hopefully I communicated this properly:  "I apologize, but I won't understand very well, should you respond in German.")

Of course, we'd all love to see photos of your collection. 

And I'd be curious as to the restrictions you have on knife ownership & carry.  I'm a lawyer, & you're in a very different jurisdiction.  I'm in Minnesota (U.S.), & only recently learned that in Minnesota, it's a criminal offense to throw knives at a target that incorporates a person (in some states this is legal, I believe, but not in ours).  

But I digress.  Welcome!
