Looks like you have a nice old low angle block plane with an adjustable mouth plane as your profile pic.  Are you a collector/connoisseur of them?  I have restricted my collection to Stanley planes, but I have managed to acquire a couple of bedrocks.  No low-angle ones yet though.

Sorry.  I don't mean to come across sacrilegious and speak of things non knifey..   :)

Hi Alan - welcome to iKC - we'e glad you're here! Soooo, not reall;y a knife collector, eh?

Well, we'll see if we can't turn you into a bonafide blade hoader like the rest of us. We as a collective will be happy to help you with some info regarding your certain knives. Half the fun of collecting our own is being able to contribute to someone else's collection. 

To help us help you when the time comes, please be sure to upload lots of photos of the knives in question - the more detail you can provide will aide those here in being able to identify what you have.
