Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I am quite new to knives and knife collecting. The only Buck knives I have so far are:

- Buck Duke 500 Leroy Remer, single bolster, Sambar Stag with gold webbing.

and Buck 110, custom 1000 made, filework, Rams horn

Do any of you diehards/collecting vets have any nice examples to show me of any Custom Buck folders with nice natural material like stag, buffalo horn, rams horn, Impala horn etc..

I have seen the Yellowhorse ones, but most of them are a bit overdone according to my taste. Like the beauty of simplicity. A knife on my wantlist a RRR Buck 110 with Elk stag and walrus ivory and custom filework:

Another nice one to add to the collection might be the 2007 Buck 110 Custom stag with chipflint:

However, surprise me with any nicer examples!

Erik- I particularily like your Buck Duke 500 (or 110) Leroy Remer series but a bit pricey for me. I have a number of Buck's but the majority are basic models that I used over my life time as more of a working camp tool rather than a collectors item. One exception is my Buck Gen 5 with stag & turquoise inlay handle.

I too visited Singapore, Malaysia and also Thailand back in the early '90's. Asia has some great deals on a number of  various items.

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
