Looking at these Rough Riders at SMKW's .
I know about the whole China debate. But was wondering about the quality. I am taking into consideration the price as well. How well are they made, please?

I see you got some of the saw-cut bone.  Definately some of RR's best handles.

Well, i done it....went and bought 2 rough riders today at the local flea market (new of course).

They seem to be pretty good knives. Gonna use em a bit and see how they hold up. They look awesome and feel good in the hand. Very strong snap and the blades satisfy me just fine!

I know me, will probably be picking more and more and more of them up in the very near future.

Good for you!  The saw cut bone is really nice. Those are good ones to start with.

I have the Barlow http://www.iknifecollector.com/photo/rough-rider-barlow-saw-cut-bon...  and  the Folding Hunter Bowie Series  http://www.iknifecollector.com/photo/rough-rider-rr955-bowie-series...  in the saw cut bone.

Well made, good blade, good operations
Not just for the money, but for any knife , they get a thumbs up from me.
