  • Jan...do you have info on those Fight'n Rooster daggers?

  • Jan Carter

Only what I told you that night from sterling

  • Me

Just that there were only 25?

  • Jan Carter

Yep, these came from Coutel. I want to say we made 25 of each, but honestly can't remember. Even though it's not marked celebrated, these came out mid eighties, when we were working with Coutel.

  • and they were made in Sheffield

Haven't heard back from Sterling Buster yet. Need someone that has the Fight'n Rooster book. Not sure if these were made before or after the book was published.

I would love to pick them up for myself...but if they are as rare as I am starting to think, I may not be able to afford them. Lol.

Seems like everyone has made their versions of the FS dagger, over the years.
Nice specimens.

Actually, these pics were sent to me from another member asking for some info on them. While I can find a million Fairbairn/Sykes models, I cannot find a single mention of a Fight'n Rooster one.

I'll echo JJ's remarks.

There's just something special about those classic designs.
