"This is going to be a bit more difficult.  Do you have any info on the knives, where they were purchased, ect.  These are file knives and pretty basic.  That stamp could be a hobby maker even"

"Steven, Bob did a lot of his own engraving but he had a few quirks that may help us determine if this is one of his. 1) he engraved the date it was made 2) he engraved the # of the knife (ie: 112/200) AND he recorded each knife and who it was sold…"
