Morning Jerry & welcome to I Knife...From 1923-1950 Blades were stamped KA-BAR & underneath OLEAN, NY, another blade stamp from 1923 to 1952, one side of tang stamped KA-Bar and back side of tang Union Cut. Co. This is info in Goins Cutlery Marking Book. In either case, based on your picture, the knife appears to be in good shape and I believe it is a very good collectable and very hard to find. The company originated as Union Razor Co. in 1923 & changed to Kabar Cutlery Co, in 1952.
