It takes 21/2 inch .410, .45 ACP, or .45 Colt-All three can be chambered at the same time --

I think it just takes 2 1/2" .410. It is a very effective home defense pistol.

JJ - I like it to. Thanks.

Will it take 3" .410's or just 2 1/2"?

I like the profile of this one Ken.

I think it is .45/.410 if I remember right. We just shot the .410 however.

What caliber bullet do they shoot, I forgot?

The Governor has better fitting handles/grips. It cost about $200 more - that's all I can see. If I were buying, I would go with the Judge price wise. But that Governor is a nice gun. The Judge is made in Brazil.

How does the S&W compare to the Taurus "Judge"?
