Thanks to Ricky for bringing up Rome's Chicago Cutlery stockman, I missed the original posting.  When I think of Chicago Cutlery, I picture kitchen knives - French knives, butcher knives, chef knives, boning and paring knives, but not a folding stockman!  It is a good looking knife.  As long as I'm here, here is a first generation Bulldog gunstock stockman.

Nice gunstock.

Hi Rusty,

Nice Gunstock.  I am glad to have reposted that pic. I wonder whether I should reply to old posts , there is a lot of material on here I have not seen yet and would like to discuss it even though it may be two or three years old. Steve do you agree ? I never thought I might repost something someone else is interested in, great !

I have 2 Chicago Cutlery folding knives.  One is the 4" stockman and the other

is a lockback which is between 3.5" and 4".  Both are stocked in walnut.

A local garden supply store had a display of them at one time and it was

the only display I have ever seen.  I bought the lock back from a discount

store in New Mexico and it was the only Chicago Cutlery knife I had ever seen

at the time.  From the style of the Lock back the knives may have been made

by Frontier for Chicago Cutlery, but I cannot say for sure.

That "Dog" is beautiful, Rusty! I am a big fan of Bulldog knives!

Ron, I am too. Most were made by Flying Crown Cutlery in Solingen. So they are equal to Fightin Roosters, Widow Creeks and Bull Brand  in quality.
