Appears to be an Ulster Type 2 according to the above illustration.  These were assigned to the 1st Special Forces Division which was a joint US/Canadian endeavor, also known as the "Devil's Brigade", then later were issued to members of the 10th Mountain Snowshoe/Ski Patrol division.  These knives and civilian variations (mostly without the Phillips screwdriver blade) were mass-produced, yet relatively well-made by Ulster before, during and after the war, although but a few were designated for the 10th Mountain Division or 1st Special Forces.  They featured Rogers bone covers and steel liners.  While the stock number illustrated above shows 74-K-75, I happen to have an original cardboard box (pictured) for these knives which features the stock number 74-K-80, along with a number of Type 2 knives that originally came in the box.  Not that wartime equipment supply nomenclature discrepancies surprise me...and to be honest it has been suggested there may have been more than 3 variations which could have carried specific model numbers, although the 3 primary types above seem to demonstrate the most distinct differences among them.  Other variations could have included blade differences within the 3 distinct types.
