I saw this on Ebay. I he'd never seen a double ring opener before. It was in INDIA!! After looking up the history, it makes total sense. Singleton Priestman Sheffield went out of business in 1936 while India was still a british colony. Really cool. The blades still snap like they are brand new.

Actually most ring turns are doubles. You don't have to go far to learn more about these -- see here.

Cool - check out Knife World a few months back - there was an article on a pearl handled ring turn knife.  These are great conversations starters.  Nice find.
