The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
Hi everyone and welcome to our newest members,
Something we have not talked about lately is new aquisitions. Tell us about your latest and greatest GEC. Donnie bought me both the new 23's in the Beavertail (Worlds greatest husband by the way) He got himself the newest 73 in Primitive bone. THAT is a heck of a nice knife.
What have you gotten lately?
Thanks Billy, Iv been wanting one of these behemoths for a while but never seen one close up and personal. They are a special knife. Fairly thin for their size and defiantly has the wow factor. Herb
great looking knife herb...
Rino, I misread your post, my bad.
Those are a couple of beauties though, that #25 is a great little pocket pal.
Herb, that one is gorgeous.
It looks like an emergency oar. : )
Good looking Johnny, I will bet the Moose IS jealous but if I know you they will get plenty of pocket time each
Thats a beauty Johnny.
Herb,
Nice Toenail. They are much thinner in person than they appear in photos. They are certainly hefty enough to get any job done in good time. What handle material is that one?
Thanks guys, I'm really enjoying them both right now.
The Toenail is a knife I think I can do without and as long as I think that I should be fine. But, I have a tendency to try new things a lot. Too Many Knives, Too Little Time.
Herb,
Great looking bone on that Toenail. Is that the Pumpkin jig bone?
Johnny,
Love that big jack! Is the other side as pretty stag as the side photographed? Great color on that stag! I'd like to see GEC make the #54 LPBJ and the #54W more often. It's a big knife but underappreciated IMHO.
