I am so very pleased to announce a selection for the 2012 iKnife Collector knife. Our selection is:
From GEC a Whittler, specifically #570312 Northfield UN-X-LD, jigged Pioneer bone. The blade is 1095 Carbon Steel. The knife will include the traditional Wharncliffe (cut swedge), Pen and Coping blades(inside cut swedges) that are polished. The main blade will have the Northfield Tang Stamp. Bolsters on the knife will be Lined and /Dimpled.
The Shield will be our iKC shield used last year and an etch this year -see the picture. It will not contain serial numbers but will come with a tube under the Northfield label and have a Certificate of Authenticity(COA)
The price for this years knife is $123 USD plus $7 us and $15 international. All shipping is through the US postal service.
As last year, all knives must be prepaid.
We do need your names and addresses to coordinate the list with GEC. Please send an email to myself or Jan Carter with your name and address of where you want your knife shipped.
Payment: For the processing, Jan is putting together a spread sheet with correct names, addresses and method of payment.

Went through the wait, last year, Brad. Didn't think I could stand it...but it was worth it. Really anticipating this one. It is a great EDC so 2 might be a good idea.

LOL that's OK Frank I want mine too. We hope to hear from GEC today on the final 2 knives. They should be sold and our money is due in once all have been sold. Our knife order has to be prepaid. The original Prepaid date was set for the 20th of this month. That's only 3 days away so once we get word I am sure we will have a week to get our money in. Either way its very close. Stay tuned to this discussion as I am sure this is where Jan will pot the update.

Ok iKnife Collectors! We have reached our commitment to GEC. Please make your payments if you have not already done so. Payments must be sent in no later that Saturday 9/22. That is just 2 days later then the previous deadline.
If you have sent your payment thank you. We will have updates on production along the way.

Just sent my payment to GEC via the PayPal option. Relatively painless (ouch). So now I'm waiting for 2 new knives from GEC. This Club knife and the orange F&F Bullnose. I feel like a kid counting the days until Xmas.
