I've heard them called cattlemen or cattle knives. I can't verify if that is right or not, but that's what I have heard.

Thanks. It seems familiar., Sometimes I wonder about things about "why" when anybody with sense like my mom would say " Son just shut up and eat".

"Stockman with leather punch, because he got so fat he needed another hole in his belt," Still seems too long.
