The knives are obvious fakes.  I've reported them to eBay I'm sure they will disappear and re-appear.

I would also avoid the Rescue Tools being sold by them as these are one of the  most counterfeited knives coming out of China  See:

To be safe  AVOID purchasing ANY Swiss Army Knife out of China!
