Did Remington stamp the pattern number on the tang of at least one blade of every knife?

I found a "Remington" canoe at a local pawnshop at a price I could not refuse.

There is no pattern number,

The tang stamp dates from the 1935 or so era, if memory serves. (It has been a few months since I looked it up)  Circle with "Remington" in block letters, "Made In USA" around the outside.

Round Shield with "Remington" in script.

I believe the covers are imitation stag with brown paint on the rough surfaces. (Nothing like the "Stagalon" used by Uncle Henry. These look much "cheaper", if you will.).

Nickle silver bolsters, Brass liners, Single backspring.

I have not dipped the blades in vinegar to verify if stainless steel or carbon steel.

I suspect stainless steel.

I doubt this knife is a pre-war example.. Any idea on who made it?

I heard Queen made some Remington knifes, but I doubt they made this one, because of the plastic (Delrin?) covers.

Fit and finish is excellent. No gaps anywhere, even with a bright light. (at least not without a jeweler's loupe or magnifying glass, of which nether do I possess.) Both blades have a good walk and talk (loud snap) when opening and closing.

I'd rate the pulls at between 5 and 6.
