Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Can't believe we are entering a another decade. I hope everyone has a great new year.  As I open up a new iKC calendar, thought it would be a great idea to choose a knife a month to showcase.  Here's my knife of the month for January (I wonder what yours might be?!).  This is the last knife I purchased in 2019.  It's a utility / hunter by TK Steingass - spalted hackberry handle with a 4.5" 1095 blade with hamon.

August, and here's my Santa Fe Stoneworks customized 2013 seahorse with black lip pearl mother of pearl covers.

Leaves are falling ... so it must be September!   Here's my latest Dan Graves drop point.  Dan forged the random pattern Damascus blade from 1084 and 15n20.  The handle is fossilized, artifact walrus ivory with the end just as it came out of the ground.  The ivory was used one point as a fire starter.  Love Dan's work .... especially his use of artifact walrus ivory ... great knife with a bit of history!

Here's some spalted beech for October in this QSP "Mustang".

For November (crikey .... November already!), here are a couple small tail locks from Italian knife maker Vincenzo Balistreri.

The last month of the year ... yikes ... where did the time go?  Here is my Carlo Cavedon sea turtle engraved folder with tortoise shell on-lay.

Can't wait to see what next year will have in store!

Happy New Year!  Can't think of a better way to start the new year off than to honor an Alan Davis folder!

great set of pictures (and knives)

What a blessing

I agree with Andy! I finally got my new calendar notated and put up, Christmas is put away inside the house and if it stops raining/snowing I may even get the outside decorations put away before Valentine's day

Calendar was first thing to go up after the Christmas decorations came down Jan.  However, still have these jolly sloths doing their thing hangin'-on ... on one of the fireplaces.

But ... in their defense, they are so slow that they rarely make it down until at least July!!!!

I've been so busy lately that almost didn't realize it was February!!  2018 Case doctor's knife which was customized by Josh Kidd (wildhorsecustom).

AWESOME !!

That is beautiful!
