Can't find much on this maker Rocky "CHU-TO" Fleetwood, now deceased. He is an American Indian "Creek" known to be a knife maker/silversmith. Besides this necklace I have only been able to find a couple of knives a watch band & a ring made by this maker. From the prices I see on his work he must be considered a maker of note. My question is. Would you classify this piece a knife, jewelry or native american art & how would one value it? Any information on this artist would be much appreciated. Please, any comments welcome.
