hey for some reason my thing is messing up..i have to hit EDIT or eply to my own answer for it to show. i only tossed in a few answers..  but i did answer the MICARTA knife with the sentence "i prefer natural handle materials obver micarta"  i only answered 2 times so far i think so no big deal..  I DO DIG TH KNIFE THIS TIME AROUND THOUGH!.. you could see where i repleied in a timley fashion but their ,at least from what i could see,my statemnt was not logged as a reaply.lie i said i hit EDIT and change one word and then it does??

That new GEC Viper of Terry Ray's looks amazing with those ebony scales!

Ebony is such a hard wood to work, being poisonous to inhale the dust, but some lovely scales are coming from it.

Especially nice is "Ebony and Ivory" (not the song or the girl group).

I wear my neck knife in a kydex sheath.

Kydex makes for a durable all around sheath.

I Kinda don't know about the stuff--sorry, that S/B Kydex.

i like a nice kydex/leather combo sheath!

I prefer a leather sheath to one made of Kydex.

Great contest Miss Jan, with a lot of participants. Thanks.

I am not fond of Kydex sheaths, but find that if it is paired with Leather or Ballistic Nylon it is tolerable.

Kydex not only makes good sheath material, but it also makes a great material for a pistol holster.
