Daran,

Welcome to knife collecting and iKnifeCollector!  Based on the tang it is a 1960-present.  You can read a god bit about Boker here https://www.boker.de/pdf/knifeworld.pdf

Anytime you need to take a look, you can check out our research group here http://iknifecollector.com/group/knifechicks2/page/a-z-index-for-re...

Daran-To add to what Jan has told you, the fact that both your shield and blade tang stamp both say Solingen indicates your knife was 100% made in Solingen, Germany and generally reserved for their upper tier and more expensive line of knives. Some of their knives are made in China, or use China parts assembled in Germany, or mad in Argentina, etc. The red shield is also significant. It was meant to represent their core group of knives, meaning it was a sturdy workhorse of a knife .All in all, a very nice trapper pattern knife. Avery nice knife find!!

Thank you both! This has been really helpful I looked for this particular knife in every corner of the Internet it seems like but failed to find it or another one like it!
