I recently acquired  a Bertrand (Bertram) C utleryu folding knife. I don't think I have ever heard of that name before.  Any info would be appreciated. I has a chicken on the tang. Thanks

Hen & Rooster dates back to 1945 when Carl Bertram, a well known owner of a poultry business in Solingen, Germany, began manufacturing his own line of cutlery.
