I recently bought a collection of knives, and this one was in it. I like to find out as much as I can about the custom knives I get. I've been told the wood handle is persimmon wood and that the blade is hammer forged. That is all I know about this knife. Any more info would be much appreciated.

Olsen knife co out of Michigan used a stamp like this until the 80's They also imported some knives from Germany I believe.m
