About Me

I was a custom finish carpenter by trade for over 25 years until I injured my back in 1998. In 1999, I met Ray Braschler, the inventor of The Sharp Machine. I started helping him build these machines for sale, and started sharpening knives professionally. I am still a factory rep for RealSharp.
I had been collecting knives for some time, not necessarily for collector value, but because I liked them. I now collect for value & because I like them. I also buy knives for resale.

Interests

I am interested in learning how to make quality custom knives. I also want to continue to build my sharpening & knife sales business.
