I came across a 4" Serpentine 4 blade equal end pen. All 4 blades are short.
All 4 bl are marked Case Bros. on top line. Little Valley on 2nd. NY on 3rd line.
No "XX" and no numbers or letters so the knife is from the first or second factory before
the fire. The Handle material is what gets me ... It appears to be copper. Anyone hear of copper handles?

David- you got a picture you can upload for us here? You got me curious.
I have a little knife with a bone handle with the same markings on the blades. are you still on this site?
yes I'm still around. it's not the markeings that get me, though to have those markings is unique. it's the handle material. it doesn't look like it's been rehandled. it came from my grandfather and it all looks factory. But nowhere is this type of handle material mentioned so I have to think it's been rehandled.

only metal one i saw in my book was the m110 case brothers 3-3 1/8 spay blade, metal handle...

but there are a few 4 blade with exotic handles...might be an unknown, or just a handle material upgrade from someone........sounds like a fascinating vintage knife....PICTURES would be very helpful and appreciated.
