Jan; When I hit the chat button the screen comes up that shows the chats but the screen is blank. Used to show all the active conversations but for last 6 months it is blank. Any help would be apperciated. Carson

I think you had the same internet explorer upgrade issue my guess is version 10 and I dont think it supports the chat well. No worries, I can get you going but need a few basics
When you go to the internet, do you hit a big blue E (which is internet explorer)
Or a round circle which is red yellow and green? (thats chrone)
Jan. When I go to the internet all I do is hit on an icon that appears when I turn on my computer.It takes me tso my Homepage and I then hit on favorites and go the your main page . then I hit on chat and thats when the blank page appears. I don't understand computer termonology but I can get someone to help me on this end if required.Thanks Carson

whats the icon look like? That will tell me what browser your on.
Good that you can get someone if we need it but lets see if we need it unless that person is readily available right there.
Jan; My icon is a small case letter e with like lightning going around it with an arrow pointing up and to the right. Hopes this helps. carson
Carson and Jan .I upgraded to Internet explorer 11 a few months ago and could see chats and even discussions but could not respond to them .I rolled all the way back to IE 8 which is no longer supported by IE but at least works. Haven't tried IE9 or IE 10 yet. I think I might try IE9 to see how it works. By the way Carson, your browser Is Internet Explorer. Hopefully someone a little more computer literate can help you out.
Carson it did help, it does tell us you are on internet explorer and I am willing to bet you have an update to version 11 also. Before i try to show you how to roll that back, let me tell NING, our provider that it is not working with 11 and see if they can just fix the darn thing. I will get back with you very soon on this
