Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I was just watching a certain knife show on the satellite TV and Todd Boone, was commenting that Colt was no longer making knives?   Is he talking out of his you know what or is it true?  Has SMKW stopped making Colt knives?

Syd,

Good BUYS!  I think we may see them again at some point but I doubt anytime soon so you are right...get them while you can and especially if oyu can get them at these prices

Hi Jan.

Of course I could have put the same money into a single lower end Case or similar, but instead I got three decent knives for the money; one of them genuine stag ta boot! I mean the bone probably comes from the same source as US makers use anyway, and I think PRC steel has proven itself to be nearly equal to domestic blends. The Whittler I pictured above is actually 440A, and it has a cool saber grind on the master blade; how much would that cost in a US knife I wonder?.

At 20% off I'm going to go back for more I think, in fact I shoulda grabbed the Genuine Stag Copperhead or Bone Stag Sowbelly that are also in-stock and on sale, (woulda, shoulda, probably will).

If a US-made folder rates a 10, then these would be a 9+ in my book.
