I am finding this a difficult site to navigate, especially when trying to use it on my phone.
Even attempting to answer a welcome is a trial. Any place where I will be able to learn the secrets of the site?

Have you checked the Navigation/FAQ section yet? Some handy info there. Unfortunately, mobile devices are kinda finiky with the site. Some browsers are better than others.

You could try a different view, also. I prefer the desktop view, on my phone as well as my tablet. Check for the option under settings.

I also prefer the desktop view on my mobile devices. Our provider is supposed to be working on a more user friendly mobile version
