Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I pretty much have had my knives in a plastic tub. Last year for Christmas my wife got me the small oak chest in the attached picture. It is very nice but holds so few knives I started my search for an economical yet sizable display option.

I found these flat file cabinets also in the pictures. It has 10 drawers, 15x24x2. The ones I found were very expensive so I started searching e bay and found this one for a great price. I picked up some foam and the funny blue pic is fabric samples. I am going to line the drawers with foam and cover it in fabric. Then build my display one drawer at a time. I can even create little cards for the file slot behind the handles to indicate which type/maker is in the drawer

I would love to see anyone else's display case!! I will post pics to show my progress!!

Your thought would be appreciated!!

Looks good to me Don!

Dad stories are some of my favorites!! I have the only fishing and hunting knife I ever saw him with. Bot could use some TLC (professional) but I cherish them! We spent more time playing games, talking about hunting and fishing, oh don't let me forget his LOVE for American Flyer HO Trains.

I am happy with the new set up and will continue to grow. My loving wife bought me a series from the Franklin Mint, each in their own box that looks like a book. Trying to decide where I will display them.
Thanks Jeremy!
