So you are buying what you hope will be the best, most heart stopping knife ever. Farthest from your mind may be the warranty. What happens if something goes wrong? Will the manufacturer make good? Who is the best? the worst?

The best is easy:

A.G. Russell. He has a lifetime satisfaction garantee. Anything EVER happens, even if you decide you don't like the knife anymore....you send it back and he'll make it right.

The worst? I don't know but I've heard some horror stories about Microtech.

Mr. Russell does have one heck of a garantee but the only knives I sent back to a manufactuer was Queen. I had great results but real slow.

Well you can't beat lifetime can you! A.G. Russell does fine job and has a great customer care policy so we have two votes there!

Boker, that's 3  with lifetime!

I have a lifetime warranty ;-).

Hi all,

Great discussion here! Case warrants all of its knives to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for life, meaning they'll repair the defect or replace the knife at their discretion. The warranty doesn't cover owner's misuse, neglect, or other circumstance which compromises the knife.

Hope this helps...
