EDC; EveryDay Carry

OCD;  Obsessive-compulsive disorder is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do something (compulsions).

Do you have EDC-OCD?

1. Do you buy a knife for an EDC, and like it well enough, that you feel driven to get a "backup"?

2. Do you buy a kmife for an EDC and then have to get one "for the collection"- or visa versa?

I have EDC/OCD. Which is tough for me when I buy more expensive knives. Is there a doctor in the house?

Like Cass always says.....at least it's not booze or betting! LOL!

Little nip (every now and then) helps with the seahorse jitters.

LOL!

Hey Craig, just wondering how many of those 33's have the SAME handles?
Now we'll see what OCD really looks like.

Well, I'm trying to remain in control. Really. I have the Sawcut Antique Bone that I carry, and one in the cabinet, and only one for backup........so far. But I'm getting a itchy feeling down in my bones that there might be more coming. I mean you can't have just ONE for backup can you? I mean, what would happen if the Zombie Apocalypse came and I had only one back up? I ask you what?

guess you got it almost as bad as me. i'm sitting on 4 autumn bone seahorses with an additional autumn bone that was a club knife.
it's terrable to have to rationalize the "extra, spare backup".

I just roll with the disease. If I don't then the voices in my head start yelling at me.

Little nip helps with that also...

LOL! I would if I could. I used to love a nice cold beer. Doctor says it doesn't go with my meds! Bummer! So the voices in my head are screaming at me!

I just commited to the NC show, tomorrow. Heaven help me if I even see a Seahorse. Jitters, sweats, dry mouth....
not to mention the involuntary muscle reactions. (my hand reaching for my wallet.)

LOL! If it's like what usually happens to me at knife shows, you'll find way more than what you can afford!

If you see any nice 33s or 032s......don't tell me! LOL!

Post some pictures.
