I am a member of iKC. Have checked off said boxes to receive emails Do not get emails from iKC. I have to go to iKC to see if anything is happening. I have sent a money order for a knife and haven't even received a confirmation that my $130.00 has been received. Am I missing something here. I'm not mad. I'm just stating my case.

Frank .. I'm sure all is fine .. our site is currently undergoing some very positive changes & the pertinent people may be spread a little thin right now .. BUT, I'm sure all is OK w/ the club knife & payment.

Relative to e-mails .. once you become a member of a group or discussion & have checked the proper boxes in them .. you should be getting updates as others add materiel/comments/pics/etc. Is there perchance a filter on your local connection that could be blocking or tagging emails as unwanted junk .. just a thought ??? 

Thank you Dale! Frank you should be receiving emails from iKC if you have checked the proper boxes. All the controls for this are on your MY Page. That is your page to customize and edit. I can not do that for you. (Wish I could) but you can set email preferences there. Also just for fun look toward the bottom of the discussion here. There is a little box that says "follow" Click on that and it will send you updates to this discussion you posted.(If you have emails forwarded to you)

Also your payment to GEC has been made but the knives are being made so they are not shipped just yet! We will post information on the status of our knives and hopefully be able to add some pictures of the knives being made. What I don't have is completed date or shipping date yet because they are still making them, but as soon as we have more information we will let everyone know.

The e-mail button only allows you to receive e-mails when they are sent to the group, as a whole. Other groups forward ALL discussions via e-mail. Like Steve and Dale said, you can customize what you wish to receive.
I asked Jan to double check to make sure that GE had received your payment. (I had her check on mine earlier). I'm sure that she'll get in touch with you soon.

I know we talked last night and I sent you another email this afternoon.  I had my husband call Chris while I was at work today and your payment has been received.  Sorry, sometimes if it has to be done during business hours, it may take me a day or so because those are my regular job hours also :).  Thanks for your support
