Actually Michael, I think you are still right-- It would appear to be some sort of waiter's knife or bartender's knife-- The curved short blade  looks like a cigar cutter blade, as well

I would say waiters knife and thank you for sharing it with us.  As John stated Holley's are not available to be seen just anywhere!
